    Email is great for small questions, but updates, changes, and fixes should always be submitted here-it keeps everything organized and ensures I can respond quickly and accurately.

  • Most requests receive a reply within 2–3 business days.

    Urgent issues (like something breaking, not loading, or affecting clients) will always be prioritized, just mark the request as “urgent.”

  • Totally okay. Just describe what you’re noticing, experiencing, or imagining.

    I’ll take it from there and guide you through the options.
